Create an employee

  1. From the side menu, choose Company > Employees > Add employee:






  1. Add employee first name, last name, and email address. Click “create.” An email will be sent to the employee containing their login information for the platform, including a temporary password.



How to assign roles and departments to employees

  1. To add the employee to a department and to assign the employee a role, hover over the employee and choose “edit,” then choose a department and role.





How to update an employee:

  1. From the employees page, hover over the employee and choose “edit.”


  1. Edit the employee accordingly: first name, last name, role, department.
